ACCESS TO UNIVERSITIES

After finishing the IB Diploma Programme students are awarded a bilingual diploma. In the last 5 years approximately 70% of our IB students have studied abroad.

Students who completed the IB Diploma Programme at II. gimnazija Maribor, are successful at foreign universities, such as Cambridge University, Oxford University, Imperial College and UCL in London, University of St. Andrews, Glasgow and Edinburgh in Scotland, Utrecht, Rotterdam and Amsterdam University in the Netherlands, Vienna University in Austria, Berlin, Mannheim, Munich and Hamburg University in Germany and other universities around the world such as New York University in Abu Dhabi, Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, Harvard and Cornell in the USA.
